Starting from July 1st 2021, SASO has announced an update to the list of products covered by the SASO IECEE recognition certificate. Discover the full list of regulated products.
The SASO IECEE Recognition programme is a product certification scheme and Saudi Arabia conformity intiative mandated by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO). It aims to ensure that specific product types are correctly tested and certified to the required IEC standards by an IECEE Certified Body before being cleared for import.
In a recent announcement, SASO has made an update to the list of products that require an IECEE certificate. The products regulated under this scheme, along with the date that they come into effect, are listed below:
